Floorball is the perfect practice for ice hockey

Not just ice hockey, but the parallels between the two sports are uncanny.

A group in Canada named Floorball Pro are recommending floorball as the perfect accompaniment to ice hockey practice for hockey players. It’s also great practice for field or indoor hockey, roller hockey, or any other game requiring dexterity and ball control.

Check out this video for some really good examples of what makes floorball such a great option as training for other sports.
