What Is Floorball?

I found this pretty interesting video that explains just how fast floorball is growing around the world. It explains just how many countries play floorball and how it is used in training for famous and elite level ice hockey players, including the Sedin Twins.

Also, since I know some of you may find that video a little boring, I decided I would also upload this awesome video which showcases some pretty cool tricks. As well as having a killer soundtrack.
